Centre for Philanthropy
Creating maximum impact for your involvement in philanthropy.
Would you like to put (part of) your heritage in the service of one or more philanthropic causes that are close to your heart?
The King Baudouin Foundation’s Centre for Philanthropy can help you give shape to your philanthropic engagement, whether this is to ensure the future of an art collection, contribute to medical research, support vulnerable youngsters, help preserve a natural environment, or some other engagement, and this close by in Belgium, Europe or internationally.
Every philanthropist has his or her own story. Each form of engagement is unique and every way of approaching it is different. This is why our philanthropy advisors develop together with you a made-to-measure solution, which will guarantee sustainable and effective results in function of the means you would like to devote to your philanthropic project. And the means do not have to be substantial: we aim to ensure that philanthropy remains within the reach of everyone. When the means are well used, it is always possible to create an impact.
Experience and expertise
Our Centre for Philanthropy enables you to benefit from our experience of over 30 years in managing philanthropic projects, as well as our vast network, in Belgium and internationally.
Our philanthropy advisors are on hand to help you. They can help you to clarify your wishes, plan your projects, organise activities, manage budgets and evaluate the impact of your project. They are ready to inform and support you, particularly in relation to legal, fiscal and administrative aspects. They are available to explain the various philanthropic tools so as to develop a strategy that will generate maximum impact.
