CasaSito’s Youth Development Programme consists of monthly monitoring sessions, yearly family visits and quarterly school visits, quarterly workshops for scholars and parents, access to five extracurricular activities on a weekly basis, personal one on one counselling when necessary, and individualized attention throughout the year.

The Teacher Programme provides professional training in debate techniques for teachers, so that they can develop different skills and abilities, improve their teaching process and thus stimulate critical thinking, assertive communication, argumentation and research in their students.
