Rie Stevens (Fund)
Supporting education projects for children in the 'Greater Himalayas' who are unable to attend school and for children with sensory disabilities.
What is it about?
The Fund is committed to the interests and rights of children in the "Greater Himalaya" region, specifically in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, India and Bangladesh.
Educating children is essential so that they get a good training, to build their self-esteem and identity, discover their talents and become empowered.
The Fund focuses specifically on those children who are unable to attend school, working with them to build a solid foundation of belief in their own abilities, self-confidence and motivation which is essential for their further growth process.
The Founder's preference here is for projects with Tadra Projekt .
In addition, the Fund supports projects and initiatives for the guidance and coaching of children with sensory disabilities, in the field of general development and education to improve their well-being and the quality of their lives.
