Social Profit Data Trust Fund
The Social Profit Data Trust Fund aims to create a Belgian platform for consolidating, publishing and statistically analyzing data from companies in the social profit sector.
What is it about?
The Social Profit DataTrust is a database that aims to provide comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date data on the social profit and social economy sectors in Belgium (associations, foundations, cooperatives, other social economy organisations, etc.). The Social Profit DataTrust aims to help projects of general interest by providing free access to open data for research and analysis.
The Social Profit DataTrust automatically gathers and combines data from three main official sources: the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, the National Bank of Belgium and the National Social Security Office.
By pooling these data, we can provide unique, comprehensive, structured, reliable and easily accessible information on the social profit sector and the social economy as a whole in Belgium. By compiling these three data sources, the DataTrust brings together around 140,000 references.
