Using a cargo bicycle to transport books for the library, letters and parcels for public institutions, food, medicines and hygiene products for socially excluded people (the elderly, the disabled or in quarantine); promoting this bicycle as a healthy and safe means of transport during the health crisis; checking and repairing bicycles of citizens and teaching them how to ride safely on public roads.
