BRAFA Art Fair 2024
What is it about?
We look forward to welcoming you to our stand (No. 137) at the BRAFA Art Fair from 28 January to 4 February 2024.
For almost 40 years, the King Baudouin Foundation has been committed to preserving our country’s heritage and this year, once more, the Foundation will be presenting its recent acquisitions at the BRAFA.
The other works we are presenting underline both the quality and diversity of the Foundation’s collection and include a work by the Flemish Primitive painter Albrecht Bouts, a rare Virgin and Child statuette by the internationally famous 17th century female sculptor, Maria Faydherbe, other masterpieces by Khnopff and Rops, and a saxophone made by Adolphe Sax.
This year’s BRAFA is also celebrating the centenary of the birth of Surrealism and to mark the occasion, the King Baudouin Foundation will also be exhibiting some Surrealist works from its collection.
