Studio nous nous

The project 'The Green School of Imloul', realised by Studio nous nous, consists of building a bio-ecological kindergarten and removing the asbestos-containing classrooms from the primary school in the rural village of Imloul. In addition to the classrooms, the entire school grounds will be tackled with attention to space for games & greenery, sustainable water, energy and waste management.

Studio nous nous realises this project in close cooperation with various local partners who are involved in both the design and implementation process.

This project enables more than 70 children to have access to education in a healthy learning environment. By working with local labour and materials, 85% of the budget will go directly to the community and CO2 emissions will be reduced by at least 88% compared to current government-supported public construction practice.
