Die König-Baudouin-Stiftung kann auf rund 136 motivierte und engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zählen. Diese unterstützen die Geschäftsführung mit ihrem Fachwissen und ihren Kompetenzen bei der Verwirklichung des Stiftungsauftrags. Dabei lautet die Devise: Verantwortung gepaart mit Vertrauen.
