Net vir Pret runs a wide range of developmental activities for youngsters in the rural village of Barrydale and on the isolated surrounding farms:

• An After-School Programme which provides developmental opportunities for youngsters.
• Holiday Schools which engage youngsters in developmental activities.
• Project Hope : a rehabilitation programme for youngsters who have dropped out of school, have poor literacy and numeracy skills, have come into conflict with the law and who are generally regarded as outcasts in the village.
• A Young Leaders Programme for teenagers still at school to help them develop an awareness of social issues and how they might impact on resolving these.
• An Intern Programme for youngsters who have completed schooling but who have not moved on to employment or further study.
• Support to our youngsters and their families to cope with the Covid situation and initiatives to develop staff capacity.
