Scientific research on Rheumatology (Fund)

Through the annual launch of a call for projects, the Fund supports research into rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders. Priority is given to clinical and multidisciplinary or multicentre research projects in (academic and non-academic) Belgian institutions. Researchers who are open to collaborate with other interested centres and are not easily supported through other existing national or international programmes are strongly encouraged to submit. Seed money for innovative translational or fundamental research can also be applied for in a preparatory phase, in the run-up to more extensive funding opportunities.
